Elorosa was born from a simple but profound dream: to create delights that touch the heart as much as they dazzle the eyes. Founded in Repentigny, Quebec, our artisan house is the result of years of passion, learning and love for beautiful things.
It all started in a small kitchen, with recipes passed down through generations, revisited with a touch of modernity and elegance. Every chocolate, every edible flower, every gift box is created by hand, with meticulous attention to detail.

The First Steps
Elorosa was born in a family kitchen in Repentigny. The first creations — chocolate truffles and edible roses — were offered to loved ones.
The Online Shop
Launch of the online shop and the first custom orders for events. The local community discovers Elorosa.
Events & Weddings
Elorosa becomes a reference for wedding dessert tables and corporate events in the Montreal region.
Expansion & Recognition
Over 500 events completed, hundreds of families delighted. Elorosa is recognised as one of the best artisan chocolatiers in Quebec.
New Creations
Launch of the edible flower collection and premium gift boxes. Elorosa continues to innovate and inspire.
